Deposits & Payment Terms
To confirm any transportation booking, a non-refundable deposit of $250 is required and will be deducted from the total invoiced amount.
The remaining balance must be paid in full upon arrival in Botswana, prior to the commencement of any transportation services.
Failure to settle the outstanding balance before service begins may result in cancellation of the booking without refund of the deposit.
Date Changes & Transfers
All date changes are subject to availability and must fall within the same season (calendar year).
• Transfers to the next season will incur a $115 date-change fee.
Bookings may be transferred to another client, subject to prior written approval by management.
Full Prepayment Services
For specialty transport services, private charters, long-distance transfers, or peak-season bookings:
• 100% payment may be required upfront to confirm the reservation.
• These bookings may not be postponed or transferred to a future season.
• Transfers to another client are subject to approval.
No-Refund Policy
No refunds will be issued under the following circumstances:
• Early departure or unused transportation time
• Delays caused by weather or road conditions beyond our control
• Changes in personal circumstances
• Partially used or unused service packages
• Late arrivals that reduce scheduled service time
